Conference Registration
Welcome to Registration for the 2009 XMPie Users Group Conference, scheduled for May 12-15, 2009 at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas. A full conference agenda is available HERE. The conference will be structured in a similar fashion to last year. Tutorials (either Design focus or Programming focus) will begin the afternoon of May 12th and continue through noon on May 13th. The evening reception and Best of the Best contest award will be held the evening of May 13th. The business meeting and User Group elections will fall on the morning of May 14th. In addition to general sessions, we will have breakouts for Marketing, Design and Programming.

In order to take advantage of all discounts, each company should register all attendees at the same time. This year, your Board of Directors has decided to extend discounts to the second and each subsequent person from each company who attends the conference. Early Bird discounts apply to both conference and tutorial fees through April 15th, 2009, so register now!
Conference fees:
Tutorials: $249 per attendee; includes all tutorial sessions. Early Bird discounted price: $199.
Conference: $650 for the first attendee from each company; $600 for the second and all succeeding attendees from each company. Non-member fee is $950 per person.
Early Bird discounted conference price for user group members only: $550 for the first attendee from each company; $500 for the second and all succeeding attendees from each company. Non-member Early Bird discount price is $850 per person.
